Despite ranking as the automaker’s smallest crossover SUV, the 2026 Buick Encore GX delivers one of the most passenger-friendly interiors in its class. The driver and front passenger will have up to 1,039 millimetres of legroom. People in the rear seat can have up to 915 mm of legroom. Additionally, the inside of the SUV is filled with premium features and accents, including a panoramic moonroof.
Cargo Volume
The inside of the 2026 Encore GX is very adaptable to the changing needs of its users. When people are using the rear seat, there is up to 665 litres of cargo volume. Folding the rear seat down makes up to 1,422 litres of interior storage space. Additionally, a power hands-free liftgate is available on several trims.

All three Buick Encore GX trim grades employ the same power plant and transmission equipment for the 2026 model year. A turbocharged 1.3-litre engine is attached to a nine-speed automatic transmission. It will make 155 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque.
