Every 2026 GMC Canyon has a turbocharged 2.7-litre, four-cylinder engine making 310 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. It is attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Owners can expect the midsize pickup to achieve 13.6 L/100 km in the city and 10.7 L/100 km on the highway, making the Canyon perfect for commuting and getting jobs done around the house.

Towing Capacity

Every GMC pickup truck ranks among the top of its class in terms of towing performance. The 2026 Canyon is no different. When the current truck is equipped with the proper features, it can pull up to 3,492 kg (7,700 lbs.).
