2025 Equinox ACTIV Features

One of the biggest additions to the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox lineup is the ACTIV trim. Chevrolet is offering the convenience that comes with the Equinox to people who also value the outdoors. The 2025 Equinox ACTIV delivers a unique front fascia design and an available white roof with a two-tone finish. Some of the other Equinox ACTIV features include:

  • Blacked-out Equinox badges
  • 17-inch machined-faced aluminum wheels
  • Trim-specific interior themes
  • Standard heated steering wheel & front seats

“This generation of Equinox has taken on a broad-shouldered, athletic appearance that conveys confidence and versatility” Phil Zak, executive design director, Global Chevrolet, said in a press release. “We leaned into distinct appearances and material selection for LT, ACTIV and RS so that everyone can see themselves in an Equinox.”

Performance & Capability Features

Efficient performance has always been a hallmark of the Equinox platform. That certainly isn’t changing for 2025. The 2025 Chevrolet Equinox will be equipped with a turbocharged 1.5-litre engine that will make 175 horsepower. It will be attached to either a continuously variable or eight-speed automatic transmission – depending on trim grade. All-wheel drive will be standard on ACTIV and RS rim grades.

Additionally, the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox will be able to tow up to 680 kg.

According to General Motors, the 2025 Equinox will go on sale around Canada during the late Spring or early summer of 2024. If you would like to reserve yours today, make an appointment with a Gord Anderson GM product expert.
